Installed new Stenner Pump Tube yesterday after tear failure.
Water continues at consistent A+.
Check valves likely were important in resolving intermittent problems.

Water conditions have been A+ for two days since installed check valves, performed manual regeneration on all tanks, and corrected that kat2 tank was operating in partial bypass for some time.

Note: carbon tank is the only one without a flow meter; tanks appear to all be regenerating after 72 hours other than carbon tank which I'm not sure about

Due to problems, currently all valves are set with low DO (day override settings).
If water conditions continue to show promise these settings should be increased.

Note as of June 2018 injectors, seals and spacers, and brine valves replaced as needed.
Monitor calcite and kat1 tank for seal degradation due to chlorine.
By January 2019 valves should be checked for leaking down backwash line.
Note: 25” BLFC button is fine for your 40K Softener. The DLFC should be a “200” or “240” button.
Other buttons have not be checked.

Reverse flow may have been occurring from irrigation and/or softener bypass, installed two Valterra 200-C10 PVC Swing/Spring Combination Check Valves
Flow meters:
calcite tank- no flow meter
kat 1 tank- 5810 reads volume (VU), but no no peak flow (PF)
kat 2 tank- shows 3.2 PF, but no VU
carbon- no flow meter
resin- 2.2 PF, but no VU
